What's a Projekt
Projects that you are involved in as users are displayed on your platform. You can create a new project by entering the following basic information: name, client, contact person, start and end date, status, and the estimated number of hours.
Each project has a person responsible, by default the user who created it. But you can add more contributors, everyone who is involved in the project in some way.
Once the quote is accepted by the client, your project becomes an order. Both new projects and new work can be started.
In the system, you can create custom project templates to speed up project creation. Templates can also be created from an existing project, so that if you have a multi-stage project, for example, you don't have to re-add too many tasks and milestones.

What's in the Project
In this case, the project is named, the client and the contact person are automatically filled in. If necessary, a subcontractor can be added. After you enter the start date, the times assigned to the tasks are automatically filled in.
You can also assign a task to the client, which can be linked to a deadline, so that you can request the information and additions to the work that the client expects. As you have the possibility to send messages and documents within the project, you can also request data through this channel.
You can even refer to the deadline for projects in the contract, protecting your company, so that if the information expected by the client is not available to complete the work, you have documentation of it.
Projects are made up of a milestone, which is a collection of the same types of tasks.
A Gantt view is available for each project: if you have previously specified the tasks that precede and follow, you can see what comes next in one view, making it much easier to follow the progress more accurately and visually.

For Clients
You can also assign devices to the project, so you can see how busy the device is, which solves several problems. For example, if you're looking for something, you can keep track of the last project you used it on, or if you have a device that you wanted to use in two places on the same day, you can see that the other place was booked earlier, so you can reschedule the day.
A project can be assigned an individual checklist, where you can see all tasks in one view and add whether they have been completed. No’s must always be justified.

We Customise it
With the financial balance sheet attached to the project, you can see the profitability of the project based on your input-output costs, as well as the expected revenues.
Each project notifier can be fully customised. You can choose what you want to receive an email about and what you want to receive a bell notification about, so no information is lost.
Your projects can be filtered by status, so you can filter out open, closed and overdue projects.
