The aim of the module is to manage all forms of documents belonging to a company in a homogeneous way. An important step is the digitisation of documents and the storage of electronic content, and through them the creation of a comprehensive knowledge base.
The starting point of the service is the ability to receive and file documents, so once registered, they are easy to find. Regardless of the type and form of the document, all documents are recorded in the same way and in digital format. The uniform format makes it easier to find documents. It applies to both incoming and outgoing documents.
It is essential that no important documents are lost, as the system ensures that they can be tracked from their creation until the expiry of the retention period.
